Care Instructions for your Canvas Prints

Canvas Prints Care

Indoor Canvas Care

Feather Duster
Indoor Canvas Care
Simply dust the print with a light feather duster as needed. If for some reason the art has been exposed to heavier dirt or grim use a damp cloth and wipe it clean.   The fewer elements the print is exposed to, the longer the print will last. We've had customers whose prints have been hanging for more than 12 years. Dust prints as needed.  For dirtier print, clean with plain water or a mild detergent soap for heavier dirt. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning with clean plain water.

Outdoor Canvas Care

To clean your outdoor art use plain water.  You can use a mild detergent for heavier dirt and grime. We all know that anything exposed to the elements will fade in time.  Even a $25,000 paint job on a car will fade in time.  The best way to care for your outdoor artwork is to minimize any exposure to direct sunlight.  Many of our customers expose the art to direct sunlight realizing that fading will occur in a shorter time than if placed in a shaded area.  To clean your outdoor art use plain water or a mild detergent for heavier dirt and grime.
