Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Returns
RETURNS ---- All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product via email to: returns@CanvasArtPlus.com. You will receive an email with instructions on how and where to return the product. Please do not send the product to any address other than authorized on the return information sent to you.
Stock Items: All stock items are clearly marked “in stock.” Stock items are eligible for a full refund. Your credit card will be credited within 3 business days of receiving the return.
Made-to-Order Items: We're excited to let you know that unless otherwise indicated our products are made-to-order just for you! This means you can trust that each item is uniquely crafted with care and attention to detail. Plus, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit. The best part? You can use the credit towards any item in our store, and there's no expiration date, so you can take your time to choose the perfect item for you. We'll issue your store credit within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Other: Custom orders, gift cards, clearance items, replacement items, exchange items, store credit items, and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states in the United States are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. All returns must be made via UPS or FedEx. We recommend that you insure the item in case of damage. Any item received back damaged will not be eligible for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
