Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Returns
RETURNS ---- All return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product via email to: returns@CanvasArtPlus.com. You will receive an email with instructions on how and where to return the product. Please do not send the product to any address other than authorized on the return information sent to you. The return address on the package is a warehouse that can not accept returns.
Our return policy differs so please read the following return scenarios:
Stock Items: The vast majority of our products are made-to-order, not stock. Stock items will be clearly marked “in stock.” Stock items are eligible for a full refund (less shipping costs). Your credit card will be credited within 3 business days of receiving the return.
Made-to-Order Items: We're excited to let you know that unless otherwise indicated all of our products are made-to-order just for you! This means you can trust that each item is uniquely crafted with care and attention to detail. Plus, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit (less shipping costs). The best part? You can use the credit towards any item in our store, and there's no expiration date, so you can take your time to choose the perfect item for you. We'll issue your store credit within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs typically range from $10 to $25.
Other: Custom orders, gift cards, clearance items, replacement items, and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states in America are non-returnable.
Product Received Damaged: Due to the nature of our product it is highly unlikely you would receive a damaged item. If you receive a damaged item, we have insured your product and would make a claim with the shipper (UPS or FedEx). Do Not return a damaged product until we receive approval from the shipping company.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be made via UPS or FedEx. We recommend that you insure the item in case of damage. Any item received damaged will not be eligible for a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
